Team Lead Performance Marketing – €100k OTE - Berlin/Remote – EdTech
Brand Partners have partnered with a fast-growing EdTech platform supporting over a million users across Europe. They’re scaling quickly and are on a mission to make digital learning more engaging, accessible and effective.
Now, they’re looking for a Team Lead Performance Marketing to drive both paid and organic growth. You’ll lead a team of five, own strategy and an 8 figure budget across key channels, and be trusted to experiment, iterate, and make data-backed decisions that improve results.
This role isn’t just about launching campaigns it’s about understanding why performance looks the way it does. You’ll dig into data at a granular level to spot patterns, uncover root causes and help shape smarter marketing decisions across the business.
The Role
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll take full ownership of performance marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social and also SEO. This is a leadership role with hands-on involvement, strategic oversight, and a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
You’ll be responsible for performance tracking and budget ownership, and you’ll have a high level of freedom to test new ideas and approaches.
We’re looking for someone who loves asking why. Why a certain ad outperforms another. Why performance drops in a specific market. And who can turn those insights into meaningful action.
Key Skills Required:
- You must have 5+ years experience in Performance Marketing
- You are an expert in either Paid Search OR Paid Social
- You have experience leading small teams
- Strong Analytical skills with the ability to go deep into data
- Strong plus – C2 or native German
- Strong Plus – EdTech or Subscription based background
