This company has established itself as a leading digital destination for the younger demographic, helping millions of users navigate their daily lives through high-quality digital content.
As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Senior Growth specialist to own the user journey and drive massive engagement across their platform.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
You will lead the growth strategy for their high-traffic B2C platform. This is a role where you will be given lots of opportunity to test and manage multi-channel campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, whilst experimenting across more channels.
Beyond acquisition, you’ll be responsible for the Retention and CRM strategy, using data-driven insights to optimize the user funnel and find new growth levers in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
- 4+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing
- An Organic / "social-first" Growth mindset
- Strong analytical background
- Native or C2 level German is essential
