With MASSIVE growth plans for 2026 and beyond, this business is now looking for a Performance specialist to fully own and scale its Performance Marketing channels!

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

As a Senior Performance Marketing manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns, with a heavy focus on Meta and Google Ads.

Currently, the bulk of the Paid Media is being managed by an external agency however the company are looking to bring all of their Performance Marketing efforts in-house.

Whilst the role will initially be very hands on, there will be a clear progression to a leadership role as the company plans to hire and scale their internal marketing team

You’ll take ownership of a 7-figure annual budget, ensuring every Euro spent translates into scalable growth.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:

- 3+ years of experience in Media Buying (Meta & Google Ads)
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager is essential
- Experience in Google Analytics and GTM as you will be setting this up
- Native level or C2 German and fluent English skills
