Growth Marketing Manager – EduTech – Berlin - €45k-€55k
Brand Partners are exclusively partnered with a hypergrowth Edutech business who are on a mission to educate the younger generation across the DACH region and beyond!
This company with a head office in the heart of Berlin recently received a significant amount of private and state funding to help scale their innovative business. Due to recent investment the company is looking to bring a lot of its marketing efforts in-house. The next hire for the business is a Growth Marketer with lots of ideas around Lead Generation and customer acquisition.
The Role:
As a Growth Marketing Manager you will be reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and will be tasked with generating and executing projects that relate to all things customer acquisition! You will be involved in a broad variety of Marketing areas including but not limited to: Email, CRM, Events, Webinars, Direct Mail and more!
You will have a large budget to trial and test new Growth Marketing ideas and the VP of Marketing is a huge advocate for failing and learning. This company are extremely innovative and no idea is too ridiculous! You must however be numbers-driven and be able to track the data and the results of your Marketing experiments.
Key Skills Required:
You must have at least 2+ years experience in Growth Marketing
You have worked in a hyper-growth scale-up business
You are very good with numbers and are data-driven
You speak German to a C2 or native level
You can get S**T done!
